Partner / Creative Director
Day to day at Tamarack, he can be seen (& heard lol) doing sales, conceptualizing creative ideas, organizing and directing film and photo projects, running a camera (video and photo), and editing content that is produced for our clients.
His multidisciplinary skill set is self-taught and brings a fresh perspective and open-mindedness. When he’s not working, you can find Chase outdoors with friends and family, working in the garage, at the golf course, and feeding his insatiable curiosity and thirst for creativity.
Partner / General Manager
In the most fun way possible, Addison keeps the team on task, on budget, and on schedule. With a Business and Project Management background, he’s a big fan of efficiency and is happiest when things run smoothly. He appreciates systems that allow flexibility, adaptability, and agility in solving problems creatively – his sense of discovery and passion for innovative ideas are complemented by an eagle eye for detail.
Outside of work, Addison loves designing and building cool, functional things - cars, Toyota 4WDs, drones, structures, furniture, and spending time with his family in the great outdoors.
Art Director / Account Manager
Janneke is a multidisciplinary creative who builds creative and thoughtful designs from the ground up. From local mom-and-pop shops to one of the largest ski resort groups in the world, Janneke has worked on projects of all shapes and sizes to develop design solutions with a user-centred approach.
When she’s not sitting at her computer pushing pixels or facilitating a team brainstorm, you can find her sailing, paddling, hiking, skiing, out for a dog walk or just playing outside.
Photographer / Content Creator
Tom spends a lot of time conceptualizing, shooting, and delivering photo and video content for our retainer clients. After spending over five years dividing his time between the French and Southern Alps, it’s not hard to figure out where his love for mountain towns and photography first developed.
Although he was once an outdoor action sports purist, he now finds any excuse to get into the studio to shoot –being along for the ride of his creative drive is nothing short of a thrill.
ADs / Social Manager
Aszjeca has helped build an online presence for many brands over the 8+ years that she's been working on social media. Helping brands step into the world of paid ads and leveraging the power of social media to reach their business goals is what she’s all about. Goal-oriented and fuelled by results, Aszjeca is passionate about creating effective online campaigns for purpose-driven brands, products, and services.
When she’s not wrangling the social media algorithms, she can be found ripping around on two wheels – whether it’s her dirt bike or mountain bike – and hanging with her family.
Head of Security
Tika ensures all visitors are vetted upon entrance. Despite being Head of Security, she’s a natural lover and can quickly be won over with some head scratches or literally any kind of food. When she's not keeping the office safe, she can be found drooling (did we mention she likes food?), napping, and/or drinking out of the toilet.
Director of Office Moral and Corporate Culture
Jer takes his job very seriously by enforcing a strict 'good vibes only' policy. Outside work, Jer spends his time zooming around the local trails, begging for snacks, or being a general distraction.
